financialanalystjob.com is run by an independent sole proprietor in Massachusetts, USA. This notice covers the waitlist. We'll update it before the full site launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, the role and country you picked (if any), the page you signed up on, the country your connection came from (as reported by Cloudflare), the time, the exact wording you agreed to, and a one-way hash of your IP address that lets us spot abuse without storing the address itself. When we email you we record whether the email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam.

What we use it for

To email you when the site launches and then, at most once a week, new financial analyst jobs. Nothing else. We don't sell or share your address, and we don't use it for advertising.

Legal basis and confirmation

We email you because you asked us to (consent). Outside the US we only add you after you click the confirmation link we send. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.

Who processes it for us

Amazon Web Services (sending email, US), Cloudflare (website delivery and bot protection), OVHcloud (our server, Virginia, US) and Backblaze (encrypted backups, US).

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days. If you're in the UK or Ireland you can also complain to the ICO or the Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

The waitlist page sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare's bot check may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots.
