Sr. Finance Manager, Gaming Advertising Finance

Lead the financial business rhythm for Gaming Ads, including forecasting, month-end close, planning, quota support, and performance analytics, ensuring leaders have a clear, trusted view of performance, risks, and opportunities. Perform analysis, modeling, and research of current and future financial performance, including expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities, revenue, and operational and productivity metrics, to support strategic decision making and responsible growth. Develop and evolve scalable financial models, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement approaches that improve predictability, support initiative tracking, and connect strategic priorities, investments, and product roadmaps to measurable business outcomes. Build and leverage strong relationships with business partners across product, engineering, sales, and finance to understand and manage business risk, drive accountability, and influence leaders through clear, data-driven storytelling and insights. Mentor team members in Gaming Ads finance while engaging regularly with senior stakeholders up to General Manager. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
