Group Finance Manager, Canada Enterprise Team

Prioritization Drives clarity, consistency, and simplification of financial reporting, metrics, and executive narratives to enable leaders to focus on strategic decisions and actions. Works directly with business partners to translate top-down targets to an accountable plan for each group. Manages financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Delivers results through tracking performance, reporting accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Partners and solicits insight from business to understand the drivers of under/over performance. Helps to ensure the accurate and timely rhythm of business reporting including key performance indicators (KPIs), monthly close, forecasting and budgeting. Generates relevant and actionable insights to drive the business forward. Develops and tests analysis, modeling, and research in anticipation of business and finance community needs. Develops and leverages relationships with business partners to bolster sales, and to understand and manage business risk. Designs and negotiates solutions to complex financial issues with business partners. Manages balance between customer centricity, enablement of sales, and ROI-effectiveness. Provides performance insights and trends to the AMI, Americas Region and GES OUFM community by identifying local key drivers, risks, and opportunities, aligning leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes. Develops and manages strategies to proactively mitigate, or reactively address, potential adverse effects of macroeconomic and/or geopolitical risks. Participates in and influences business partner situations understanding and awareness. Collaborates on improvements through AI-led automation. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
